Dave Matthews Heating and Air was recommended by a friend. Our A/C unit developed a leak and needed replacement. The owner came out and spent time to evaluate our system. He gave us a few options and took time to explain each of them and recommended the best solution for us. He then helped us out with a quick charge to keep us comfortable until the replacement could be completed. The service reps were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, an issue arose following the replacement. This is where the character of the owner and his company really shined. They were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to correct it. I could not praise this company enough, and will be using them again when the time comes.
The A/C in an apartment on my property stopped cooling and the condenser fan was not running. I called Dave Matthews Heating and Air just after 9AM and by early afternoon the technician arrived. Based on the symptoms, he suspected it was a capacitor going bad. After removing the cover, it was clear that is what the issue was. Literally 15 min after arriving, the capacitor was replaced and the system started working again. I was so impressed with the technician's knowledge and skill that it was a no brainer to request to have all my units on the property put on a maintenance plan.
